Andrew Tawil
Andrew brings a rare combination of legal, transactional, and industry-specific experience to ClearMelt Advisors.
He spent six years practicing as an M&A attorney, advising on complex corporate transactions that required disciplined analysis, negotiation, and advocacy under high-stakes conditions. This foundation sharpened a practical, detail-oriented approach to evaluating risk, structure, and value.
Following his legal career, Andrew served as Chief Operating Officer of one of Texas's largest privately owned bullion dealers, where he operated inside the precious-metals market at scale. In that role, he negotiated and structured transactions involving bullion, coins, and mixed collections, gaining firsthand insight into dealer pricing, market dynamics, and negotiation leverage.
Today, he brings this combined legal and industry experience to the public, providing independent pricing analysis and informed advocacy to help clients navigate precious-metal transactions with clarity and confidence.

Christopher Tawil
Chris brings deep financial and operational expertise to ClearMelt Advisors, grounded in both institutional banking and large-scale precious-metals operations.
He was educated at the Texas McCombs School of Business, one of the nation's leading business programs, where he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, valuation, and capital markets.
Chris began his career as a commercial lending analyst at one of Texas's largest charter banks, evaluating complex credit structures, balance sheets, and risk profiles across a range of industries. He later served as Chief Financial Officer of one of Texas's largest privately owned bullion dealers, where he oversaw operations and negotiated high-value precious-metal transactions.
Today, he applies this combined banking and industry experience to provide disciplined pricing analysis and informed advocacy for clients navigating complex precious-metal deals.
