No Purchasing or Selling of Precious Metals

ClearMelt Advisors does not buy, sell, broker, consign, or take custody of precious metals. We are not a dealer, counterparty, or intermediary in any transaction, and we never take title to, possession of, or control over client assets. Our role is strictly limited to independent analysis and advocacy in connection with transactions that are conducted directly between our clients and third-party dealers selected solely by the client.

We do not receive commissions, referral fees, markups, or transaction-based compensation, and we do not maintain exclusive or preferred relationships with any dealers. We work only with dealers selected by the client and engage with them solely to analyze pricing, clarify terms, and negotiate on the client's behalf. This structure ensures our perspective remains independent and aligned exclusively with the client's interests.

No Financial, Accounting, or Tax Advice

ClearMelt Advisors does not provide financial planning, financial advisory services, accounting services, bookkeeping, valuation for tax purposes, or tax advice of any kind. We do not prepare financial statements, tax filings, tax calculations, or financial projections, and we do not advise on tax strategy, reporting obligations, structuring for tax efficiency, or financial suitability.
